Our facilities are available to rent throughout the year. Our youth sports programs take precedents during their seasons as they can rent the baseball fields and gym for practice free of charge. If you are interested in renting one of our facilities for an event, please fill out the form below and bring it in to the Recreation Department. If this is your first time renting one of our facilities, please also fill out the new vendor form. To reserve a field or a facility please call for availability at 828-652-3001. Please note that we may require renters to have liability insurance coverage depending on the event.
